1.CALL OR EMAIL TO CONVEY YOUR NEED TO EITHER YOUR SALESMAN OR INSIDE OFFICE TO ENSURE YOUR ORDER WILL BE PREPARED FOR DELIVERY OR PICK UP.
2.IF PICKING UP YOUR ORDER, UPON ARRIVAL AT KNICKERBOCKER COME TO WAREHOUSE DOCK#3. ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES WILL ASSIST YOU AT THAT POINT.
3.CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS CAN BE CALLED INTO OUR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE DEPARTMENT. WHILE CHECKS ARE TO BE MAILED.
4.ANY PAYMENTS MADE IN PERSON WILL BE RECEIVED AT WAREHOUSE DOCK#3 WHERE A RECEIPT WILL BE PROVIDED.
